The MA-1900 mobile pallet stretch wrapping machine with built-in stacker is a rotating arm pallet wrapping machine assembled on a pallet truck. It is a machine designed and manufactured by us in Spain.

Specially designed for the Sie+ Service, the machine is equipped with a stacker, which allows to pick up and put down loads stacked at height, with a maximum lifting weight of 600 kg.
It uses our high performance stretch films, with greater load retention capacity (memory) and environmental improvement by reducing waste (-50%).
It allows wrapping up to 40 pallets per hour of any type of load, including unstable pallets, picking pallets, pallets with different heights, etc. With a useful wrapping height of 1.9 meters, this stretch wrapping machine allows numerous wrapping cycles and different wrapping options to be programmed.
The machine is equipped with a laser device that detects the presence of people or objects near the turning radius of the wrapping arm and stops it automatically to avoid impacts.
The stretch wrapping machine is permanently connected remotely to our central machine management system, which allows us to prevent breakdowns, detect possible problems in advance, etc.
The Sie+ Service includes a preventive maintenance plan for the machine, on-site assistance within 24/48 hours and instant remote assistance throughout Spain and Portugal.
