Automation and load stability
The ENDURANCE-2200 is an automatic rotating-arm wrapping machine that wraps loads while they remain stationary, ensuring maximum stability for unstable, picked or variable-height loads.
With a capacity of up to 60 pallets per hour, the ENDURANCE-2200 can handle pallets up to 1,200 × 1,200 mm, including square formats, without requiring any load adaptation or splitting across multiple pallets. With a wrapping height of up to 2,200 mm, it automates the entire wrapping cycle, including film cutting and sealing, minimising operator intervention.
Designed and manufactured by Aranco in Spain, it offers an efficient, safe and flexible solution, requiring no structural work and easily integrated into different areas of the warehouse.
Through the WaaS Service, the ENDURANCE-2200 is available with no upfront investment, on a pay-per-use basis.
The ENDURANCE-2200 is the flagship model in the fixed range: it handles stacks up to 2,200 mm high and pallets up to 1,200 × 1,200 mm. For loads that regularly exceed this height, there is the
ENDURANCE-2400, and for pallets up to 1,350 × 1,350 mm, the ENDURANCE-2200 XL.

The ENDURANCE-2200 is part of Aranco’s new generation of smart wrapping machines, developed to boost productivity, extend equipment lifespan and reduce the true cost per wrapped pallet.
Thanks to RFID technology, it identifies the film reels, ensures their traceability and provides insight into actual material consumption. This enables you to better control the process, detect deviations and optimise the wrapping process costs.
Designed specifically for the Sie Service, it works with high-performance stretch films that improve load stability and help reduce plastic consumption and waste generation.
Its always-on connectivity enables remote monitoring of the wrapping machine, helps anticipate potential issues and facilitates
integration with management systems such as ERP.
In addition, its touchscreen allows users to set different wrapping programmes, electronically control film tension, adjust operating speeds and reinforce specific areas of the load where needed, ensuring a more stable and consistent result.
For enhanced safety, the ENDURANCE-2200 features laser-based personnel detection and active protection for the rotating arm, helping to create a safer and more ergonomic working environment. Like all Aranco wrapping machines, it is CE compliant.
Thanks to its open architecture, the ENDURANCE-2200 can be integrated with AGVs, AMRs, labelling machines, weighing systems, readers and other automation systems, making it ready to become part of a connected end-of-line solution.
