The SIE is a comprehensive pallet wrapping process service in which Aranco provides pallet wrapping machines to the customer with no upfront investment or monthly fees. You only pay for the stretch film used. The service includes maintenance, technical support and the Client Web online platform at no extra cost, covering all end-of-line requirements.

Aranco is a manufacturer of wrapping machines with 12 proprietary patents for film processing technology. We make available to our customers, at no cost and with no fees, the pallet wrapper that best suits their end-of-line requirements: automatic, semi-automatic, mobile, fixed, with a rotating arm or a rotating platform, amongst others. Q: What is the response time for technical support for the wrapping process?

Aranco offers on-site technical support within 24 hours (maximum 48 hours) and immediate online support, as all our wrapping machines are connected to our remote management centre.
