What is it?
The Internal Reporting Channel or Whistleblowing Mechanism of Aranguren Comercial del Embalaje, S.L. (Aranco) is a secure and confidential means of reporting facts or behaviours that may constitute a legal, ethical, or regulatory breach within the company.
It enables any person in a work-related or professional context linked to Aranco (employees, former employees, suppliers, contractors, partners, interns, or candidates) to responsibly report potential irregularities.
The management of this channel is carried out externally, independently, and confidentially by the company GESPRODAT S.L., ensuring compliance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, governing the protection of individuals who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
How does it work?
The channel provides a secure online form through which the reporting person can submit their communication, either anonymously or with identification.
Once the information has been submitted, the system will acknowledge receipt of the report within a maximum of seven calendar days.
The report will be reviewed and, if deemed appropriate, an internal investigation will be initiated under strict confidentiality.
The procedure will be resolved within a maximum period of three months, which may be extended by a further three months in justified cases.
Throughout the entire process, the reporting individual will be able to monitor the status of their report and provide additional information.

Guarantees for the Reporting Person
- Full confidentiality of their identity, of the individuals concerned, and of the information provided.
- Possibility to submit anonymous reports.
- Protection and absence of reprisals for those who report in good faith.
- Protection of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018.
- Right to receive information on the outcome of the report and the closure of the case file.
Responsible Use of the Channel
This Channel must be used solely for reporting matters related to potential legal or regulatory breaches. Commercial claims, employment queries, or issues unrelated to its purpose will not be handled through this channel.
