A big company in the textile sector with strong international presence has been wrapping its pallets manually with 17-micron stretch film.
With our service the customer obtained 4 rotary ring wrapping machines with no inversion, automatic 7 micron high performance stretch film with 30% PCR recycled content and a single reliable supplier-interlocutor, with support and maintenance, data and digitalisation of their wrapping process.

THE RESULTS:

  • Economic savings of 80.000 euros per year by using EcoFilm.
  • Reduction of 168.000 kgs of CO2 per year by using 7-micron EcoFilm compared to 17-micron manual film.
  • Savings of more than 123.000 euros due to improved productivity.
  • Reduction of wastage: all the outomatic film from the reels can be used in the strecth wrappers .
