The QUADRIGA AGV automatic stretch wrapper is the only patented wrapping installation (Patent Pending EP25206527), exclusively developed and manufactured by Aranco.
It combines an autonomous AGV stretch wrapper with a four-position infeed and outfeed system that occupies just 7 m × 9 m of floor space, without requiring any civil works.
It wraps up to 40 pallets per hour completely unattended, delivering proven savings of up to 45% compared to conventional wrapping solutions, while matching the performance of three semi-automatic wrapping machines operated by personnel.
HOW IT WORKS
Automated and unattended wrapping. How Does the Quadriga AGV Work?.
An operator places the pallets in any of the four infeed positions and presses the start button. The QUADRIGA AGV stretch wrapper autonomously navigates to each position using laser sensors and RFID technology, picks up the pallet, performs the complete wrapping cycle with automatic film cutting and sealing, and returns the wrapped pallet to its original location.
The system manages all four positions independently and continuously. If one position is empty, the machine continues operating with the remaining positions without interrupting the cycle. No operator intervention is required during the wrapping process.
