The FA-2400 is the version with the greatest wrapping height in Aranco’s range of automatic rotary arm stretch wrappers. It can wrap loads up to 2,400 mm high, compared to the 2,200 mm capacity of the FA-2200.
Designed and manufactured in Spain by Aranco, it requires no prior construction work for installation and can be positioned anywhere in the warehouse thanks to its optional auxiliary column.
Like the rest of the range, it wraps up to 40 pallets per hour of any load type, including unstable pallets, picking pallets, and loads with variable heights.

The stretch wrapping machine itself places the film on the pallet and cuts it at the end of the wrapping process.
It is specially designed for WaaS Service and it uses our high-performance stretch films, with greater load retention capacity (memory) and environmental improvement due to a reduction (-50%) of waste.
It allows wrapping up to 40 pallets per hour of any type of load, including unstable pallets, picking pallets, pallets with different heights, etc. It has a touch display that can be used to program numerous wrapping cycles and different wrapping options.
The machine is equipped with a laser device that detects the presence of people near the turning radius of the wrapping arm and stops it automatically to avoid impacts.
The stretch wrapping machine is permanently connected remotely to our machine management center, which allows us to prevent breakdowns, detect possible incidents in advance, etc. The WaaS Service includes a preventive maintenance plan for the machine, on-site assistance within 24/48 hours and instant remote assistance throughout Spain, Portugal, France, Germany and Benelux.
