This happens because in most industrial plants, film stock control is still managed manually or based on estimates, with all that this entails.
To avoid this problem, at Aranco we have incorporated a new feature into the Client Web: Film Stock Control.
A tool that provides visibility of available stock, as well as film consumption, without manual checks and in a fully automated manner.
Film Stock Control
This feature uses RFID tags integrated into the rolls. Thanks to this, the system automatically identifies the rolls and updates stock levels as the film is used. 
How does Aranco’s Stock Control work?
The process is simple and automatic:
- A reorder point or minimum stock level is defined.
- The system automatically updates stock levels as rolls are used up.
- When the set minimum is reached, the Client Web generates an automatic email alert to trigger the order.
